Thanks to att.ention.net reader “RORY”, we have the official word (though I’ve yet to find it myself on the Charleston County site, but it looks official and the news is no surprise) that Richard C. Davis and Kim Davis are divorced:

goto to

http://www3.charlestoncounty.org/connect/LU_GROUP_1

select “civil and lis pending cases”

then in the “Search by Full or Partial Party Name” section select “plantiff” then enter the name “Richard, Davis C.”

The case will then come up.

Why is it that if you look on white pages, it shows a Richard c and Kimberly S Davis living together at 929 White Marlin Drive in Charleston?
